PM22919: JSP COMPILATION ERROR DOES NOT PASS ERROR BACK TO THE APPLICATION

Error description

When a JavaServer Page (JSP) contains a compilation error, the
runtime error is caught and handled directly by the container.
The flow is not passed back to the application.

*                      JavaServer Page (JSP) is not            *
*                      propagated to the resource which is     *
*                      doing the dispatch.                     *

The JSP Container does not give the resource, which is doing
an include or forward, an opportunity to handle exceptions
thrown from the dispatched JSP and instead sends an error
report.

Problem conclusion

The JSP Container code was modified to propagate the
exceptions back to the calling resource.

A new WebContainer customer property needs to be set to enable
the behavior provided by this apar:

com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.dispatcherRethrowSError = true
(default is false)

fixpacks 6.1.0.37 and 7.0.0.15
